DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS WE ARE UTILIZING TELEMEDICINE FOR PATIENTS WHO DO NOT WISH TO BE SEEN IN THE OFFICE. Patients using video-conferencing may watch this video for information on how this feature works.
West Shore Family Practice is taking steps to protect our patients and staff from the Coronavirus. Masks are required for anyone coming in to our office. We also ask that you call the office if you are feeling sick; we do not do walk-in appointments. Currently, for the protection of everyone, we are not seeing any patients in the office who may have symptoms related to the Coronavirus. If you are feeling unwell, we can schedule a virtual visit for you and make the appropriate recommendations without bringing you in to the office. Please call us for an appointment. We remind everyone to exercise prevention by washing your hands and not touching your face. Stay healthy!
NOW AVAILABLE - MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR PATIENT PORTAL.
The patient portal allows patients to contact the office via secure email for non-urgent matters. It also allows patients to view lab results and portions of their charts, as well as receiving messages or documents from the office.
Ask us how to get started with your portal!
